Custom Ventilation and Duct Work
Burns HVAC LLC can support you in all of your ventilation and ducting needs, including all custom ducts and duct fittings.
We can fabricate light gauge ducting for residential projects or heavier gauge ducting to serve all of your commercial project ventilation needs also.
We fabricate all types of ducts and fittings.
Our custom ventilation and duct expert will arrive on site to take measurements to take back to the shop, where we either enter the dimensions of your project in our computer system and let the CNC machine do the work, or start the cutting process by hand, if needed.
After the pieces are customized, we break and bend to form the duct fittings and custom sections. Our duct work is formed either in half sections or four different sides to create the square or box that will be the duct.
This also gives us the chance to further customize the duct by running each side through whichever roll forming machine is needed to create the joints necessary for assembling each component.
